KNOXVILLE, Iowa -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District has opened North Overlook Beach and Whitebreast Beach at Lake Red Rock. Restroom facilities are also open at these locations. Day-use fees will not be charged. Due to COVID-19 precautions, the life jacket loaner station will not be available until further notice.
To reduce the spread of COVID-19, it is recommended that all visitors continue to practice social distancing.
