During the 2024 MRC High Water Inspection trip, members of the Mississippi River Commission visited Arkabutla Lake and Dam. Site visits give the Commission a first-hand understanding of various features of MR&T projects. These visits also visually support the testimony from partners program briefings, and updates by district commanders.
