Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense and Global Security, Tom Atkins, visited the JFO in Baton Rouge in September. His visit is focused on Department of Defense support to the Louisiana flooding response and recovery; and increased understanding of efforts by FEMA, NGB and USACE to assist people and businesses impacted.
