Chief of Engineers Lt. Gen. Thomas Bostick visited the Rock Island District May 19 to conduct a Town Hall and host a Leadership Development Program luncheon to discuss current initiatives within the Corps, and future directions such as public-private partnerships that will help the Corps address critical issues like aging infrastructure.
