The Mississippi Valley Division, USACE, held its annual awards ceremony June 5. Ernest P. Blankenship Awards were presented to the following: Mrs. Renee Turner – Engineer/Scientist Award; Mrs. Clair Purviance – Professional Award; Ms. Susan Ables – Administrative Award; and Mrs. Sarah Palmer – Woman of the Year Award.
