Maj. Gen. John W. Peabody conducted a town hall meeting March 14 aboard the Motor Vessel MISSISSIPPI while it was docked at the Ensley Engineer Yard in Memphis. During the meeting, he answered district employees’ questions concerning the future of the Memphis District.
