More than 100 engineers and stakeholders attended the Engineers Week Luncheon Feb. 22, 2013, at the B&B Club in Vicksburg, Miss. Maj. Gen. John W. Peabody, Commander, Mississippi Valley Division, USACE, was the guest speaker and spoke on the topic, "The Great Drought of 2012."
