Major General Kimberly Peeples, Mississippi River Commission president and commanding general of the Mississippi Valley Division, awards Charles "Chuck" Camillo with the Silver de Fleury Medal. Named for French engineer Francois Louis de Fleury, who served with the American Army in its fight from Britain during the American Revolutionary War.
