Major General Peeples, Mississippi River Commission president engages with partners and stakeholders at the public hearing in Tiptonville, TN. Dating back to nearly 150 years, the MRC has held a long tradition of listening and engaging with its stakeholders. During the hearings, members of the public had an opportunity to address the Commission with their issues and concerns as they relate to the Mississippi River Valley.
