Before the beginning of the public hearing in Lake Village, AR, MRC president Major General Kimberly Peeples takes a moment to speak with a meeting attendee. During each of the public hearing sessions, which are free and open to the public, interested parties are invited to present their views on matters affecting the water resources infrastructure needs in the valley, including flood control, the Mississippi River and Tributaries project, and other water resources challenges.
