This report presents the results of an intense 3-month interagency effort initiated
by the Administration to assess the status of the efforts of each major Federal agency actively addressing the flooding in the area of Devils
Lake, North Dakota, and to examine the possibility of additional near-term actions within existing authorities. This effort used data generated
from previous analyses to re-examine what actions might be feasible to address the serious flooding issues in the Devils Lake area and to develop
an action plan that addresses those issues in a comprehensive manner.
