Colonel Torrey A. DiCiro assumed the duties of deputy commander, Mississippi Valley Division, Vicksburg, Miss., on July 9, 2014. He also serves as secretary of the Mississippi River Commission. He came to MVD from Joint Base Lewis McChord, Wash., where he served two years as deputy commander for the 555th Engineer Brigade. Prior to that he was commander of the Corps’ San Francisco District (2010-2012).
